Disenelo Kickstarter Campaign
First time taking a risk on myself to move the artwork, to clothes, it felt like it was the right time. I still had the drive and still felt like I could do anything.
Working long days and with people to get a video - campaign - images - all the research the photography the direction and the dialog making it opening and welcoming:
Art crossing over to new mediums, is another aspect of what I want to do further in the future with eLo.

Who am I?
What I do?
Essentially I’m an Artist / Illustrator / Designer / Photographer / Founder slash, slash, slash… I illustrate and design using photography and manipulation to create pieces and series - Each series, piece or drawing relates to a deeper meaning and aspect of life through a playful output.
I've been working with a pencil ever since I could draw, mark, or dribble. Always would follow my mum where ever she went and try to interpret what she would be doing in my drawings.
Putting pencil to paper as often as possible, I'd always try and connect the two aspects of life together; the adult reality of life and the playful creativity.
I started off drawing eLo as a form which could be adapted to match everyone accordingly.
Starting in vector, I developed the character from an adult to a child, but in a simple design, which is how the logo was formed.
I wanted to bring the image more to life, so whilst going through old pictures and ideas - I found a photograph of myself at a young age with chubby arms and a little pop belly - and the development of eLo as he is now known was born.
'...nom, nom, nom' - The best feeling after eating a good dessert, a good meal, or a great snack.
What I need and what do you gain?
Essentially, I am asking you to help me get to a goal total of £2,000 which will enable me to start putting into practice all the ideas I have for the company.
Your pledge counts towards taking one t-shirt from an initial design to a garment for wearing. I really believe in working with local and ethical sources, & I will be focusing more on building relationships with UK | Ethical | Fabrics that allow you to breathe easy.
Through kickstarter I hope not only to reach a wider span of audience, but really push the boundaries of where my art could be taken!
I have tried previously to get my ideas off the page and unfortunately didn’t succeed due to lack of funding, even though I had interest from the community & social media. Without the extra financial backing I was unable to really get the project to take off.
I feel I have put in a lot of the ground work, but I just need your help & an extra boost to get to where I need.
And as long as I reach my goal the T-shirts will be available to pledge / pre-order before the official DISENELO launch.
Below are the designs currently available and have been hand picked from numerous designs and narrowed down for production, involving friends, friends of friends, and friends of their friends maybe? I aim to keep an open book to having a choice system.
